When a company make some changes in its operation, employees will have questioning mind as to what it is all about and how it would affect them. Whether you are introducing a new method or relocating your company, managing the change carefully is of great importance. There is a risk of alienating your people and possible resignations if you do the changes too fast. On the other hand, if you do it too slowly, then your business will stand to see the results too late. One change that is no different is a move to the cloud system, and this for sure will garner questions from employees, like if they will be replaced by automation or they will lose their jobs and so on. It is therefore advisable that you follow these measures to make sure that your employees are welcoming the new technology and that they are excited on what the new development can do for them, and still your company gets the benefits it is looking forward to get from the change.

Sometimes you will not get any feedback at all but at least you are treating the change with sensitivity on the side of the employees and reassure them. In some cases, a company have hired new employees who came from a company with cloud experiences, and this is a good time to ask them questions and make use of their experiences to implement your own program.

Your next pointer is to reassure your employees of their job safety because this is one thing that will give them worries that would affect the performance in their jobs. You cannot avoid talk in the media how digital tools can replace humans in their jobs, and hearing or reading this is a thing to worry on their side knowing that there is a probability of employee reduction once the change is implemented.

It would be wise to inform your workforce of the benefits that will be open for them if the new technology is implemented in the operation.
